Being a small organization, EmPower Benguerra wants to team up with other organizations and individuals to support Benguerra.

A team for change

There are many stakeholders, all working in various ways to support the school and community at EmPower Benguerra. The work is done both as individual organisations and stakeholders – and by teaming up with several partners.

A joint process with partners

When pooling our competencies and resources, together we can make a difference.

The process we use in EmPower Benguerra to identify, start, implement and evaluate a project builds on trust, partnerships, solid planning and resourcing.

The 5 steps are as follows:

1. Scout: Listen to needs, ideas & priorities of the Community. Connect to Partners & Build Trust. Jointly decide on a project.
2. Prepare: Plan and budget. Make partnerships & divide tasks. Secure funding.
3. Start a Project
4. Implement the Project
5. Evaluate and Learn
